Instructions:
Treatment, just sandpaper grinding without degreasing, according to the
visual A: B = 1: 1 ratio after mixing can be coated on both sides were coated
or single-sided overlap after coating, room temperature finger pressure 3-8
minutes curing positioning , 30-60 minutes to reach 70% of the final strength,
24 hours after the highest strength, shear strength> 20 MPa (200 Kg / cm 2).
Can be used in -60 ~ 120 degrees environment.
How To Use :
Make sure the bonding face clean;
Mix A (resin) and B(curing agent) in a glass ware or plastic
ware(if cold weather,better heat to 10~20degree);
Gelatinize equably,slick it smooth,overlap and press or use tongs,
ribbon for fixation,wipe off the remnant.
At normal temperature,it will congeal in 1 hour, it can be used after 24 hours.
(If want to accelerate solidification, heat properly. At 60degree,it will congeal in 15mins.)
